I’d like to see medical malpractice lawsuits organized by condition and the severity of the alleged malpractice (I can only think that amount of damages would be the best determinant of that) and sex of the claimant(s). Are women more likely to seek damages or are men? How great does the damage have to be before women/men seek redress? In the case of accidental deaths, is there a difference between men and women among the number of cases brought forward by surviving family members?
