Things are opening up in our area and many people have been rushing out to the stores. However, the feedback requests and surveys we’ve sent out to our regulars indicate that many of them are still nervous to return to our store locations. How do we improve our store footfall in these conditions?
In addition to publishing advertisements emphasizing our commitment to public health and safety, of course. The feedback we’ve gotten indicate that this course of action alone would improve things… but not enough to return our employees to full-time work.
