We’re a credit union serving a rural population that’s been hit hard by the pandemic. One of the strategies we’re looking into for the future is developing online and mobile banking applications.
However, we’d also like to focus our efforts on certain populations more than others. To that end, we have identified members who work or worked at businesses most impacted by the economic downturn. We can also segment our members into age groups. What other kinds of segments should we focus on?
And how do we reach out to them remotely in an effective way, especially when a good proportion of our members are used to in-person banking?
Thank you for any advice
