CoreLogic’s SafeRent Score Putting Undue Pressure on Property Owners?

CoreLogic provides a “safe renter score” much like a credit score: i.e., a number representing the risk of renting to a particular person or persons. However, in addition to an explanation of the score, and a color gradient from red (very risky) to green (very low risk), they also have a feature of “percentage of landlords approving rentals to people with this score.” Isn’t this putting pressure on property owners to lend to someone with a score they’re not sure of? Some kind of professional peer pressure? I haven’t seen any credit scores with a feature like this.
