Building a Better Predictive Model to Automate Health Insurance Claims

In order to process health insurance claims more quickly, we’d like to apply a predictive analytics model. We feel like NoSQL would work better—it seems more secure and also seems to scale better as we grow. However, we have software that supports on-prem modeling, so it may be better to build a solution using this service. Which is best for somewhat simple claims automation?
