Hello! We’re a retailer based in the US with a mostly US customer base. We’d like to move to a cloud-based corporate intelligence/business intelligence platform since the amount of data we now have is too much for our on-premises system. Ideally, we’d also get something that can be used by different departments (finance, sales, etc.) to suit their specific needs. Is there a single platform we can use for all these departments—that is, something customizable for different departments? Or would you recommend we focus on purchasing one platform for one department?
Thank you so much in advance for any answers.
