My city is offering a grant for buildings to improve their energy footprint but I’m not sure which means or methods are the best for my case. I have an office in an old brownstone on the East Coast and the owners want to replace the drywall with a more eco-friendly version and add solar panels to the roof. I think both these ideas are wastes of money so I’m asking for some data to show the owners what’s REALLY the best way to enhance energy management.
Thanks in advance!
